Edmontonians deserve to feel safe in every part of our city. That means no tolerance for open drug use, violent crime, or illegal encampments that put people and businesses at risk. At the same time, we need to support those who want a second chance, with access to detox, treatment, and housing programs that lead to real recovery. Safe, clean streets are the foundation of a strong downtown and thriving neighbourhoods. Without safety, nothing else works.
Homelessness can’t just be pushed from one block to another. Edmonton needs real solutions: treatment options, supportive housing, and a focus on public safety. We must show compassion for those ready to get back on their feet, while making sure our streets remain safe for everyone.
I support smart infill that fits the character of our mature neighbourhoods. No oversized builds where they don’t belong growth must respect trees, parking, and community. The right homes in the right places make our city stronger.
Edmonton is stuck in gridlock because of poor coordination and endless roadwork. We need smarter planning, better timing, and accountability so people can get to work, school, and home without wasting hours in traffic.
Encampments are not a safe or lasting solution ....not for the people living in them, and not for the community around them. I support moving people into safer, more stable options while keeping our parks and neighbourhoods clear, clean, and accessible for everyone
Sidewalk widening often cuts into people’s property and reduces parking, while driving up costs. Edmontonians have made it clear this isn’t what they want. I will put a stop to wasteful widening projects and focus on real priorities like safety, services, and fixing what’s already broken.
Riders deserve clean, secure stations free from crime, open drug use, and disorder. Until Edmontonians feel safe riding transit, expansion should be off the table until we can control what we have already built.
Edmontonians are tired of waiting months for simple permits or projects to move forward. I support cutting unnecessary red tape at City Hall so families, homeowners, and small businesses can get things done faster — without sacrificing safety or accountability. Less paperwork, less delay, more results for our community.
I will put forward a motion to remove six- and eight-plexes from our community, and take action on crime reduction and homelessness
I will put forward a motion to remove six- and eight-plexes from our community, address parking for NAIT students, and take action on crime reduction and homelessness
I am fully committed to Edmonton’s Net Zero vision for Blatchford. As someone who drives an electric vehicle and has worked as a real estate agent for 20 years, I know both the promise of sustainable living and the challenges families face when costs rise and progress stalls.
Blatchford should already be a showcase for Edmonton’s future. Instead, many residents feel left waiting. I believe we must move faster, smarter, and more transparently and I will make that happen.
My Plan to Move Blatchford Forward
Why It Matters
Blatchford can and must become a safe, affordable, sustainable community that Edmontonians are proud of. I will work for you not developers to make sure promises are kept and the vision is delivered
I will put forward a motion to remove six- and eight-plexes from our community and take action on crime reduction and homelessness. I will keep the parking ban in effect and no widening of sidewalks.
